How many brokers are sold each postcode?

Only one broker can register for any given postcode, and that broker will also have the first opportunity to re-register when their subscription expires, which is why it’s so important to get your postcode today – once they are gone, you may never have the opportunity again.

How do I sign up?

Once you’ve determined that a postcode is available you can download your application and fax back to 1300 665 188.

How do I know if my postcode is available?

Log onto freemortgageinfo.com.au and enter the postcode you are interested in. The system will notify you whether the postcode is available.

How am I notified of leads?

Through email - all of the information freemortgageinfo.com.au obtains will be delivered instantly to an email account you nominate.

How long can a broker hold a postcode?

Each postcode is held exclusively by one broker for a term of three years.

Am I locked into a fixed term agreement? What happens if I want to get out?

No - You simply give us 60 days notice and we will release you without obligation.

Can I sell or pass on prospective finance leads to third parties?

No you can not.

How much does a postcode subscription cost?

The base price for a postcode is $77 per month. There is also a lead generation fee of $11 per lead. All prices are inclusive of GST.

Are there any other costs?

Yes – there is a one time set up fee of $995 including GST.

Can I transfer my subscription?

Yes with the prior approval of freemortgageinfo.com.au.
